Our nursing and therapy professionals specialize in delivering essential health care services in each patient’s own home, with three locations serving King, Pierce and Thurston counties in Washington. Our range of personalized services include Skilled Nursing Services, Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapies, post-operative care, wound care, Medical Social Workers and chronic disease management. If your loved one is living with Alzheimer’s disease or another form of dementia, our memory care center provides a safe, intimate, and nurturing environment with specialized therapeutic programs and stimulating activites to deliver the highest quality of life. An individual care plan is designed for each resident that identifies personal preferences and choices, along with their health needs. Our dedicated, specially trained staff is available around the clock to assist residents with their daily activities and help meet their physical, emotional, and social needs while respecting their dignity and independence.
