"This facility is very nice and clean. The staff is exceptional. From the front desk to each and every caregiver/pal. My mother had a very difficult time adjusting to the move (she's 92). However, the staff has her happy as a clam now. She is always commenting on how nice everyone is (residents included) and how kind and caring the caregivers are. I believe her biggest adjustment was being away from me (her younger daughter). I've been her caregiver for years. I am moving into Sun Lakes 55+ across the street from The Lakes in a couple of months. I'm sure she will be completely adjusted once that happens. I can't say enough about this place.....it's fantastic!" - Cheryl
