Patriots Glen is proud to welcome seniors to our supportive and engaging community in beautiful Bellevue, Washington. Our Lake Hills apartment homes for seniors are available to those who need assistance with the activities of daily living, as well as those in need of specialized care for various forms of dementias and memory loss, higher acuity care, or short-term respite care while their full-time caregiver is unavailable.

Included in your monthly service fees are meals, access to all amenities and activities, scheduled transportation, housekeeping, maintenance services, and utilities. We do not require lifetime fees or a buy-in to join our community.

Memory Care

Help in navigating the unique challenges of a memory loss illness provided by skilled and compassionate memory care specialists.

Respite Care

A Pet-Friendly Senior Community

At Patriots Glen, we understand your pets are part of your family, which is why we are happy to offer senior living apartments where your small dog, cat, birds, or fish are welcome to join you. There is a limit of two pets per resident, and all pets must be approved before move-in. Additional pet fees and some restrictions apply.
